Strategy Planner App
An interactive tracker for a strategic plan organized as Pillars → Initiatives → SMART Goals → Tasks. Every item gets a permanent code and an auto-computed display number, owners are assigned from a shared user list, and a dashboard rolls status up by pillar. A Library holds ideas and parked items so the active plan stays focused.

Live-Strategy App
A live audience-engagement tool for in-person training sessions — a Slido-style replacement built for facilitators. Participants join from their own phone or laptop with a session code, and the facilitator runs live polls, Q&A, quizzes, and team scoring from a presenter view, with AI-assisted activity building from uploaded slides or docs.

Meeting Planner App
A meeting-scheduling tool that does the back-and-forth for you. A facilitator sets the parameters — dates, participants, format, candidate locations — and an AI-assisted wizard interviews participants, tests candidate times, and converges on a slot everyone can make, then sends invites and handles reminders and decline/reschedule requests automatically.

EnergyFingerPrint turns a building's electric interval-meter data into a clear picture of exactly when and why energy is being used — spotting waste like equipment left running overnight, reconciling utility bills against actual usage to catch billing errors, and modeling weather-normalized savings over time. It brings load-shape analysis, utility rate modeling, and an AI analysis assistant together in one dashboard so facility and energy teams can find cost-saving opportunities at a glance.

Adoration Sign-Up
Volunteer App
A volunteer scheduling tool built for shift-based coverage — originally for Eucharistic Adoration hours, but usable for any recurring volunteer schedule. Volunteers register themselves and claim open slots with no admin involvement; if someone can't make a shift, a one-click substitute request notifies everyone eligible, and the first to claim it takes over.
